"PACK FOR THE PLANET - The good packaging." stands for the idea of realizing a project for sustainability, to avoid unnecessary CO2 emissions, to protect the tree population and water resources, to save energy/improve energy efficiency and to avoid the unnecessary use of chemicals while at the same time employing/supporting social institutions.
The basic idea is to initiate a sustainable rethink regarding the use of gift wrapping paper. As an alternative to disposable gift wrapping paper, alternative, decorative and sustainable gift wrapping material, especially made of textiles, like fabric pouches and square cloths should be produced and made available to the market at acceptable prices. We have created some examples of such alternatives to make them visible. Together with the women of Sakhi Kunj we are turning our missino into reality.
